Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join a remote USA-based team. You will manage identity and access across Azure, AWS, and GCP, build automation, and lead enterprise IT projects with a security-first mindset.

Responsibilities include incident escalation, architecture design, and governance-focused automation workflows, with a strong emphasis on least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and scalable CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Senior IAM Engineer with expertise in enterprise IAM and access governance.
• Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Entra ID/AAD.
• Strong automation and infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot high-severity IAM and cross-system incidents.
• Design, deploy, and document enterprise IT systems and automation workflows.
• Establish maintenance standards for security, availability, and automation reliability.
• Lead escalation on critical incidents and drive automation improvements.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and API-based automation across platforms.
