Job summary

BestX seeks a highly motivated Sales & Support AVP to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service for our multi-asset TCA analytics platform. You will develop new business, manage strategic relationships, onboard clients, and coordinate with product and operations.

You will engage with buy-side and sell-side institutions globally, translate client needs into product enhancements, and act as a liaison to internal teams. The role requires leadership and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in electronic trading, fintech, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of TCA, best execution, and EMS/OMS workflows.
• Experience with institutional trading workflows.
• Proven track record in client relationships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across asset classes.
• Build and strengthen institutional client relationships.
• Own sales pipeline and drive revenue targets.
