Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a financial institution.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills and can easily build new interpersonal relationships.
• Analytically minded, data-driven thinker.
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined individual who is detail and results-oriented.
• A team player who collaborates well and excels at collective team goals.
• Some experience in programming is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting internal and external clients in their use of Virtu's Analytics product suite.
• Analyze trade data for insights and actionable recommendations to our clients.
• Create and deliver client presentations on transaction costs and bespoke research projects.
• Contribute to new sales, product initiatives, and thought leadership content.
• Leveraging data, technology and automation to drive operational improvement both internally and for our clients.
