Job summary

Exeter Finance is seeking a Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics to lead analytics-driven strategies supporting originations performance, credit quality, profitability, and risk management. You will advise senior leadership and partner with technology, data, and modeling teams to implement analytics initiatives that drive business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or related field.
10+ years analytics/strategy/credit risk experience.
3+ years leading analytics/strategy teams.
Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional influencing.
Experience with BI and data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead analytics and strategy initiatives focused on originations performance, credit quality, profitability, and risk management.
Analyze origination performance, market trends, and credit performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop recommendations on credit policy, pricing, fraud mitigation, and origination strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with modeling and data science teams to interpret predictive models.
