Job summary

Revantage is seeking an AVP for North America People Compliance to oversee HR compliance for 1,400+ employees nationwide. You will act as a critical liaison between HR, Technology, Legal and Operations to implement compliant strategies and stay current with labor regulations.

Lead policy development, audits, and vendor management while guiding cross-functional teams. The role requires strong planning, analytical, and collaborative skills in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance functions.
• Advanced knowledge of DOL, Federal, and CA employment laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR compliance strategies with Senior Leadership and Legal.
• Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and employment regulations and audits.
• Manage and file EEO reporting and other government reporting requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks with Legal input.
• Conduct regular HR process audits and risk assessments to identify gaps.
• Manage relationships with compliance vendors and training offerings.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions as needed.
