Job summary

Ivanti is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to support HR operations for employees across the Americas, focusing on lifecycle management, compliance, and data integrity. You will ensure efficient HR processes, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with HR partners to standardize services.

The role emphasizes working across Workday/Greenhouse systems, handling confidential data, and contributing to process improvements within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3–5 years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, ATS, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Process employee transactions accurately in HR systems.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidential HR records and employee data with privacy requirements.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR services.
• Assist in resolving employee inquiries and manage escalations.
• Contribute to HR operations projects, policy updates, and system implementations.
