Job summary

Virbac seeks a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to lead the North America People Strategy from Westlake, TX. This hybrid role oversees HRBP, Rewards & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Compliance, and Organization Development, shaping workforce scaling and culture transformation.

The role requires driving strategic partnerships with senior leaders, modernizing legacy HR systems, and delivering robust end-to-end HR services across plant and corporate contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree (MA, MS, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• SHRM/ SPHR/ SHRM-CP/ PHR credentials preferred.
• Experience leading multi-team HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 year North America HR strategy and execution.
• Provide executive coaching and talent advisory to senior leadership.
• Oversee organizational design, change management, and budgets across NA.
• Direct enterprise-wide recruitment strategies and mobility programs.
• Audit and optimize HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP) for continuity.
