Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead daily operations for commercial real estate loan portfolios. This role coordinates with management, SAM staff, clients, and third parties to ensure timely servicing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in CRE or loan servicing, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot), attention to detail, and proven analytical and training abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or related field
• 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role
• 3-6 years’ experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing, escrow management
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain accuracy
• Professionalism and teamwork in a client-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Manage research requests for borrower, investor, or 3rd party inquiries
• Assist in training new team members
• Maintain visibility into daily task statuses and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Raise potential issues to management promptly
• Identify performance trends and potential enhancements for processes
• Review and approve procedures related to operations
• Represent the company in resolving non-compliant issues
• Periodically evaluate resources to meet goals and deadlines
• Perform quality control on completed product and report results
• Stay abreast of changes in industry standards
• Other duties as assigned by manager
