Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation is seeking an AVP-level Loan Operations Manager in Atlanta to supervise daily operations for client portfolios of commercial real estate loans. You will mentor staff, manage workflow, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and escalation of issues.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with clients and third parties. A strong background in loan operations and real estate finance is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include real estate, finance/accounting, or business.
• Minimum 8+ years in the industry or relevant experience; 2+ years in AVP level role or external equivalent.
• Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing or escrow management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot) and ability to reconcile data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to ensure staff is adequately utilized.
• Manage research requests and support asset management team in inquiries.
• Train new team members and supervise direct reports.
• Review procedures and ensure timely, accurate tasks for client portfolios.
