Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned professional to manage assigned Loan Operations functions within our Asset Management group. You will oversee daily client portfolios of commercial real estate loans, coordinating with management, staff, and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes training, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving, with responsibilities including QC, reporting, and collaboration across teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 6+ years in industry with senior/leadership exposure, preferably in loan servicing of CRE portfolios.
• 3–6 years of CRE, cash management, loan servicing, or escrow management.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots) and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage research requests and support asset management team in inquiries from borrowers, investors, or 3rd parties.
• Train new team members and oversee day-to-day tasks to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review procedures and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Identify process improvements and potential workflow enhancements for servicing operations.
• Perform QC on completed work and communicate results to team; stay updated on industry standards.
