Job summary
SitusAMC is seeking a senior supervisor to lead the Loan Operations function within Situs Asset Management (SAM). You will oversee daily operations for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and third parties to ensure timely, accurate servicing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include real estate, finance/accounting, business
- Minimum 8+ years of industry experience, AVP level or external equivalent
- 5–7 years in commercial real estate, cash management or loan servicing
- Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot) and data reconciliation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Monitor workflow to ensure staff is utilized
- Oversee loan operations for client portfolios and respond to inquiries
- Train and mentor team members
- Approve daily task schedules and reporting for audits
- Identify performance trends and implement process improvements
- Review and approve operations procedures with senior management
- Represent the company in communications with clients and third parties
- Ensure deadlines are achievable and resources are optimized
