Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA license required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of external reporting deliverables (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, Reg S-X, Reg S-K, and SOX 404.
• Coordinate financial reporting timelines with internal partners and external auditors.
• Serve as technical accounting authority for complex transactions (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805).
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and oversee implementation across the enterprise.
