Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA license required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Big Four public accounting experience or equivalent technical accounting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of external reporting deliverables (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and footnote disclosures.
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, Reg S-X, Reg S-K, and all applicable guidance.
• Coordinate all financial reporting timelines with internal partners and external auditors.
• Serve as technical accounting authority for complex transactions (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, impairment, equity, etc.).
• Lead preparation of technical memos, position papers, and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and oversee GAAP implementation across the enterprise.
• Partner with Controller on monthly close, RBC/TNE reviews, and improving process efficiency.
• Oversight of stock-based compensation calculations and equity management tools.
