Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Operations Integrator for New Glenn avionics to own the operation of avionics systems, define CONOPS, and set constraints for pre-launch and flight operations. You’ll work with stage leads and testing teams to ensure safe, reliable procedures for launch.

This is a hands-on role requiring a BS in engineering, 5+ years in avionics operations, and experience with integrated tests or launch vehicles.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of avionics operations with launch systems.
Hands-on experience developing, authoring, and implementing integrated tests or operating launch vehicles.
Experience developing analyses and trade studies for avionics systems.
Ability to work with evolving requirements and changing criteria.

Responsibilities

Build detailed CONOPS for pre-launch and flight operations.
Define constraints for end-to-end safe handling and testing/launch operations.
Collaborate with test, launch ops, and autonomous flight ops teams to incorporate constraints into procedures and flight plans.
Develop console products used by operators during test and launch operations.
Provide real-time engineering anomaly resolution during integrated test and launch operations.
