Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Sr. Operations integrator to own all aspects of a subsystem, from CONOPS to testing and integration, within the New Glenn program.

You will support real-time operations on console during tests and launches, while serving as the primary technical POC for artifacts across design, test, software, and operations. The role requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years in mechanical or fluid systems, strong system engineering knowledge, and outstanding written and verbal

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) or another technical field.
• 8+ years of proven experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations providing essential troubleshooting support.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as a primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts for your subsystem.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and critical performance/requirements interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
