Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 7+ years of proven experience in Aerospace or large-scale system integration.
• Understanding of system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure launch vehicle, ground equipment, and personnel are ready for all mission phases.
• Serve as technical point of contact for design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Decompose the time-phased Sequence of Operations into operational constraints, alerts, and limits.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integration of operating requirements into procedures, scripts, and displays used during vehicle operations.
• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations, providing crucial troubleshooting support.
• Assess, identify and support fixes to gaps or optimizations in system operational timeline.
• Understand how subsystem control software operates across flight and ground systems to ensure safety and mission success.
• Provide operational feedback to subsystem designers and support operational analysis
