Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support aircraft departures and daily operations. You will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination across functional areas to ensure on‑time flights and accurate load data.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to work rotating shifts, and strong organizational and communication abilities. A high school diploma or GED and legal right to work in the United States are required; flight industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid REAL ID‑compliant driver’s license or travel authority for business needs.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
• Read/write/speak fluent English.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Experience with math for calculations preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, initiative and judgment essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning functions for aircraft departures.
• Coordinate overall operation within assigned area.
• Maintain scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Prepare weight and balance data for flights.
• Enter updates in the computer system.
• Prepare customer correspondence and reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and compile statistics.
• Provide support to management and supervise agents as needed.
