Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an Operations/Agent role in the Chicago area to support aircraft departure planning, shift coordination, and administrative duties. The position involves coordinating operations, maintaining logs, and preparing customer communications.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work rotating shifts. TSA identification and legal right to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Must possess TSA-acceptable identification for business travel.
• Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Experience applying math principles for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Involved in planning functions for aircraft departures as it relates to the operation.
• Coordinate the overall operation within an assigned functional area.
• Conducting agent observations and associated activities.
• Administering local training programs.
• Scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintaining supplies and inventory control logs.
• Preparing customer correspondence.
• Investigating discrepancies.
• Compiling statistical data for reports.
• Assisting management in completing administrative duties.
• Lead Agents must be able to complete all functions of the agent position.
• Communicate with employees by radio and convey clear information relevant to the job.
