Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level team member to support aircraft departure planning and weight-and-balance calculations. This role involves radio communication, data entry, and ensuring accurate load calculations for each flight.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and be able to work a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Involved in a variety of planning functions for aircraft departures as it relates to the operation.
• Communicate with employees by radio and convey clear information to others related to the job function (SOC).
• Preparing weight and balance sheets for each flight prior to departure.
• Making calculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage, and fuel.
• Entering updates in the computer system.
• Providing updated corrections to scheduled departure flights.
