Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Production Control Analyst to support maintenance scheduling and paperwork for incoming aircraft at our station. The role requires independent work, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

The candidate will monitor schedules, prepare maintenance packages, coordinate with customers, and ensure all documentation is completed prior to departure. This position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to prioritize and work independently, sometimes under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software applications and apply knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the dock maintenance schedule and flow, and prepare maintenance packages in advance of aircraft arrivals.
  • Monitor paperwork during aircraft visits, prepare documents, contact planning departments, and process paperwork.
  • Ensure completion of all aircraft documentation before departure and return to the customer.
  • Assist in writing, auditing files, scanning, and maintaining training folders.
  • Coordinate training with customers and compile data to aid management decisions.
  • Perform other tasks to support department and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • The Production Control Analyst reports to the Production Control Department Crew Chief.
  • Working with various customers, the Analyst will monitor the dock maintenance schedule and flow, to accurately and timely prepare maintenance package(s) (electronic and/or paper) in advance of upcoming aircraft’s arrival.
  • During the aircraft’s time at the station, the analyst will monitor paperwork, prepare needed documents, contact customer(s) planning department, and process paperwork.
  • Prior to departure of the aircraft, the analyst is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft documentation has been returned to the department, where the paperwork will be processed to be returned to the customer.
  • Assists in various departmental tasks which can include but not be limited to writing, auditing files, and scanning.
  • Assists in maintaining employee master training folder and coordinates completed training with customers.
  • Compiles and prepares data to assist management in policy and procedure considerations.
  • Performs a variety of other functions/projects assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.

Additional Position Details

  • Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.
  • This position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT). Federal law requires Envoy to determine a candidate’s history with the DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position.
