Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level team member to support aircraft departure planning and weight-and-balance calculations. This role involves radio communication, data entry, and ensuring accurate load calculations for each flight.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and be able to work a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

• Preparing weight and balance sheets for each flight prior to departure.
• Making calculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage, and fuel.
• Entering updates in the computer system.
• Providing updated corrections to scheduled departure flights.

• Communicate with employees by radio and receive and convey clear and specific information to others related to the job function such as System Operation Control (SOC)
• Preparing weight and balance sheets for each flight prior to departure
• Makingcalculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage, and fuel
• Makingcorresponding entries in the computer system
• Providingupdated corrections to scheduled departure flights

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma,GED, or internationalequivalent
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• Willing and able to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays,and days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
• Knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Experience applying math principles for mathematical calculations preferred
