Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Dispatch Lead to provide day‑to‑day operational leadership for the Dispatch Day‑of and Dispatch Planning teams in Raleigh, NC. You will ensure trips are legally compliant, properly coordinated, and ready for execution, while guiding Flight Coordinators and Dispatchers through complex scheduling.

You will coordinate with Fleet Management, Maintenance Control, Client Services, and other departments to maintain safety, efficiency, and on‑time performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Dispatch License or Pilot License preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in aviation dispatch, flight coordination, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OPS manuals, and crew rest requirements.
• Experience with flight following, trip release, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Flight Coordinators and Dispatchers.
• Coordinate tasks with Duty Managers, Schedulers, and other teams.
• Review and release trips ensuring legality, feasibility, and proper documentation.
• Manage crew coordination, rest, qualifications, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain flight following, schedule updates, and cross‑department communication.
