Job summary

MSG Entertainment Corp. is hiring a Senior Manager Flight Scheduling & Administration to lead the aviation dispatch team, oversee daily flight scheduling, trip coordination, and administrative support.

The role ensures accurate, timely execution and serves as the link between dispatch and aviation leadership. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with FAA Part 91/135 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Business Aviation, Business Administration, Operations Management, Safety, or related field preferred.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred.
• Experience supervising aviation dispatchers, schedulers, coordinators, or operational support personnel preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate aviation operations and executive travel support.
• Working knowledge of FAA Part 91, 91(k), and 135 operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation dispatchers and scheduling support personnel for daily flight scheduling and trip coordination.
• Supervise dispatcher workload, shift coverage, and team communication.
• Ensure scheduling and administrative processes are executed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft activity and vendor coordination.
• Escalate operational disruptions to aviation leadership as needed.
