Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Dispatch Lead to provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Dispatch Day-of and Dispatch Planning teams in Raleigh, NC. This role ensures trips are legal, feasible, and properly coordinated, working with Fleet Management, Sales, Maintenance Control, and Client Services.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch/operations control in aviation.
• Knowledge of aviation safety rules, NOTAMs, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Flight Coordinators and Dispatchers.
• Review and release trips after confirming legality and feasibility.
• Coordinate crew travel, briefings, and rest compliance.
• Maintain flight following and schedule management across the fleet.
• Oversee safety reviews, weather assessments, NOTAMs, and regulatory readiness.
• Lead training and process development for Dispatch staff.
• Foster cross-department communication and efficient operations.
