Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training.
• Proficient in project manager software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases of the project.
• Organizes and manages a large project staff including multiple owner-owners.
• Prepares and submits monthly pay requests; ensures timely payments and close-out documentation.
• Develops master construction schedules with CPM; updates schedules based on changes and material availability.
• Ensures compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality control throughout the project.
