Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Aviation Division in Austin, TX. The role leads major construction projects, coordinating owners, architects and subcontractors, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage preconstruction input, develop budgets, monitor field performance, and prepare monthly pay applications. Ten-plus years of PM experience in commercial construction and OSHA 30 training are required; US work authorization is

Qualifications

• B.S. in CM/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial construction project management.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification completed.
• Proficiency in cost projection, scheduling and financial analysis.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a major construction project from planning through closeout.
• Lead multiple high-performing teams of owner-owners and staff.
• Coordinate preconstruction input, cost estimates, and bid analysis.
• Ensure contract terms and safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare monthly pay requests and monitor project finances.
• Maintain master construction schedules and CPM updates.
