Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of contact center experience with 7+ years coordinating voice/data solutions.
• Hands-on with Avaya platforms and large VoIP networks.

• Support engineering and implementation for Contact Center products and solutions.
• Coordinate and review plans, schedules, and tasks for telephony projects.
• Develop documentation and communications on progress and system architecture.
• Program and configure PBX/ACD and VoIP using Avaya CM and Session Manager.
• Manage VoIP endpoint configurations for environmental and emergency routing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, dispersed teams for seamless migrations.
• Participate in maintenance tasks during evenings/weekends as needed.
