Our client is seeking a Senior Telecom/Contact Center Engineer to support a primarily on-prem Avaya environment while leading the transition to Five9 as the future cloud contact center platform. This hands-on role will focus on UCaaS/CCaaS migration, platform upgrades, and mentoring the existing team as they build Five9 expertise.

Key Experience Needed:

• 7-10+ years of telecom engineering experience
• Experience working with Five9 (Previous work/have done migrations to cloud (UCaaS/CCaaS) is a high priority
• Previous background doing major upgrades, design, and platform evaluation
