Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced onsite AV/VC Operations Tier 2 Technician to support large-scale enterprise AV environments. You will respond to requests, set up conference rooms, and troubleshoot break-fix issues to keep systems running.

The role requires strong AV installation and operation knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work with Tier 3 and client engineers. This is an onsite position with a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV operations in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide break fixes and troubleshooting for AV systems in conference rooms and offices.
• Install and support AV devices and oversee proactive maintenance.
• Support room sweeps, events, and escalations of AV spaces.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 and client engineers on complex issues.
• Track requests and document incident details for reporting.
