Job summary

Cenero is seeking a Sales Executive (Audio Visual and Unified Communications) to operate from our New York City Metro office. This hunter role will establish new business relationships, manage existing accounts, and differentiate Cenero from competitors.

The ideal candidate will close deals with top decision-makers, demonstrate a record of prospecting success, and contribute to strategic client solutions. Health benefits start Day 1 and there is flexibility within the compensation range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in commercial audiovisual systems integration or similar B2B environment.
• Ability to listen, extrapolate information, and provide customer solutions.
• Ability to learn technical products and apply new knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong forecasting and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business using full-cycle sales methodologies and tools (identification, qualification, positioning, competitive analysis, closing).
• Manage and grow existing accounts with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
• Identify client goals and demonstrate how Cenero can help achieve them.
• Deliver quality solution-focused presentations at the C-level.
• Engage with relevant industry groups and communities.
• Maintain a positive work attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Perform other duties as needed.
