Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Services Technician to provide day-to-day AV support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for in-scope technologies. You will be the on-site liaison for clients, Diversified, and the on-site team, with regular 8-hour days, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, subject to meeting and event needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in enterprise level AV support.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting complex AV systems, and knowledge of proper equipment rack wiring standards and event best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for in-scope AV technologies and incident resolution.
• Support onsite for production and collaboration technologies and diagnose issues across the AV environment.
• Serve as on-site liaison between client, Diversified, and on-site team.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation.
• Support executive meetings and special events as required.
