Job summary

Diversified is seeking an AV Team Lead in Orlando to oversee on-site support services for client environments. The role involves expert AV/ multimedia system troubleshooting, staff onboarding, escalation management, and collaboration with Diversified and client teams to keep rooms and spaces operating at peak performance.

You will supervise an on-site AV team, schedule resources, and provide technical guidance during executive meetings and complex events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise level AV support.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination capabilities.
• Proven troubleshooting and incident resolution experience.
• Experience leading a small on-site AV team and coordinating schedules.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site tech SME for the broader team and client.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with client and Diversified teams.
• Track and report metrics for the site and team performance.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AV/multi-media systems.
• Schedule and backfill resources, manage time sheets and expenses.
• Drive process improvements and optimize AV operations at the site.
