Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in audiovisual systems integration or closely related technical delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and an annual portfolio near $5 million.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, including audio, video, collaboration, control, and client turnover activities.
• Ability to read and reconcile proposals, contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and change documentation.
• Strong financial management skills including budgets, forecasting, and margins.
• Proven ability to lead clients, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams without relying solely on authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Leadership: own and manage an annual project portfolio of approximately $5 million.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: lead projects from handoff through completion and closeout.
• Project Planning and Controls: build and maintain schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Financial and Commercial Management: manage budget, labor, material, subcontractor costs, and margins.
• Scope and Change Control: validate scope and ensure changes are priced, approved, and communicated.
• Client and Stakeholder Leadership: primary client contact for project delivery and status.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Programming, Fabrication, and Service.
• Field Readiness and Quality: confirm site readiness and turnover criteria.
