The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of experience in AV project management, is familiar with AV systems, and possesses strong leadership skills. The role involves coordination across teams and effective communication with clients to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in AV, low-voltage, or construction.
• Proven experience managing concurrent AV integration projects.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project execution ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact managing expectations.
• Lead coordination across teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage project financials including budgeting and cost control.
• Drive project schedules and identify risks proactively.

Skills

Project management experience in AV

Understanding of AV systems (Cisco, Crestron, etc.)

Leadership and decision-making skills

Financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting

Strong verbal and written communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in project management or related field

PMP certification preferred
