Job summary

CTI in Fremont, CA seeks an experienced AV Project Manager to lead commercial AV integration projects from planning through commissioning. You will strategize, schedule resources, manage budgets, and maintain clear client communication to ensure on-time delivery and industry-leading customer experiences.

You will mentor team members, oversee installation and programming, and work onsite with travel up to 25%. A degree is preferred but not required; 5+ years in AV project management is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands-on AV installations experience with creative problem solving.
• Ability to track budgets and schedule performance; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve goals.
• Schedule resources for programming, installation, and commissioning.
• Communicate deadlines, specifications, and budgets to AV install team.
• Maintain current project documents and changes.
• Provide regular client updates and act as main point of contact.
• Lead and mentor project team.
• Support install staff from installation to punch list.
• Ensure projects stay on track and reflect current margin.
