Job summary

CTI, a leading AV solutions provider, is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager in Nashville to oversee all aspects of AV integration projects from planning to execution. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining exceptional client communication.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial AV project management, hands-on installation and programming experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and training staff.
• Hands-on AV installation and programming experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and project performance.
• Willingness to travel roughly 25% for on-site client support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals.
• Schedule resources including labor, programming, rack builds, installation and commissioning.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to the AV install team.
• Keep project documents current (drawings, BOMs, change orders).
• Maintain client updates and act as the main point of contact.
• Lead and coach the AV team; assign and track responsibilities.
• Support installation staff from programming to punch lists.
• Monitor timelines and project margins to stay on track.
