Job summary

AVI-SPL's XTG Senior Project Engineers lead AV design and post‑sales support for large, complex installations. The role coordinates with partners, vendors and AVI-SPL offices worldwide to ensure the project aligns with the original vision.

You will mentor engineers, review designs and BOMs, and travel to job sites as the senior technical resource, balancing client expectations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Seven or more total years of experience in AV system design, integration, or field support.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight from award through installation and completion.
• Review design documents for quality, feasibility, and risks.
• Coordinate with CAD team for infrastructure drawings and diagrams.
• Prepare submittal packages and project documentation.
• Travel to job sites to support installation teams as senior resource.
