Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to transform customer needs into actionable AV system designs and thorough documentation. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, and deliver innovative, feasible solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering AV system design and documentation.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide best practices.
• Strong communication with clients, project managers and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Design and Proposal Efforts to support large AV projects.
• Develop detailed system documentation including BOMs and diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, consultants and contractors.
• Review and validate designs from junior engineers and ensure standards.
• Act as design authority during project implementation and handoffs.
