Job summary

Encore seeks a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of multi-venue events, coordinating with Sales, Producers, and technical teams to deliver high-impact productions on time and within budget.

You will manage scope, resource planning, post-show reporting, and SOP improvements while traveling up to 75% to support national client events. Strong client relations, budgeting, and technical background are essential to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the corporate event or broadcast industry.
• 3+ years in a Project Management role.
• 3+ years Supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Experience with budgets and cost control.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to travel up to 75% may be required.
• MS Office experience required.
• Technical diagram knowledge / experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate technical production schedules, labor, scope, execution plan and responsibilities to stakeholders.
• Determine and secure the resources required to complete each project.
• Monitor project scope and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
• Assist sales and operations teams to determine equipment needs and technical solutions.
• Assist with the creation of technical diagrams when required.
• Review all sales documents to confirm equipment and roster meet client needs.
• Partner with Sales and Event Production to drive service excellence nationwide.
• Provide leadership for Project Managers on events with multiple PMs.
• Plan and work with Production System Engineers and Technical Directors on design and execution.
• Maintain show documentation and follow the Production Process.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Create post-show reports to document account intelligence.
