Job summary

Encore in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale events from design through close, ensuring execution that is on time, on budget, and aligned with our Technical and Production Standards.

You will partner with Sales and Operations, manage scope, resources, and schedules, mentor Associate Project Managers, and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires up to 50% travel and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in Corporate Staging or Broadcast; PM experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with budgets and cost control.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Ability to work under pressure; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate technical production & labor schedules, resources, scope and responsibilities.
• Determine and secure resources to complete each project.
• Maintain client focus through meetings and organized show documentation.
• Monitor project scope and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Assist sales and operations with equipment needs and solutions.
• Create technical diagrams when required.
• Review sales documents to meet client needs.
• Provide leadership for Associate PMs on multi-PM events.
• Act as project leader onsite; manage all phases from load-in to load-out.
• Own inventory management; communicate project plan to the team.
• Manage onsite changes and mentor Encore team members.
• Ensure compliance with Technical & Production Standards.
• Follow up with clients on-site to ensure setup works.
