Job summary

A‑V Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead high-profile events from concept through execution. You will manage budgets, timelines, and on-site production, overseeing AV elements and presentation systems to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional and global teams, strong client service, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Travel may be involved, with a focus on flawless multimedia event execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong client service and relationship management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience with webcasting, IT infrastructure, and networking preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and across teams.
• Travel willingness for events as needed.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high-level events and conference production, including concept, design, budgeting, scheduling, and show calling.
• Oversee audiovisual production elements: audio, video, lighting, staging, and event tech.
• Design and support presentation systems, videoconferencing, and event graphics.
• Coordinate technical planning, testing, rehearsals, teleconferences, and onsite production.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Manage project timelines and ensure flawless multimedia event execution.
• Communicate status to stakeholders through all event phases.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during events.
• Make informed decisions and respond to live production challenges.
