Qualifications
- 4+ years as an installation technician in a leadership role.
- Familiar with broadcast AV gear including Cisco, Ross Tricaster, QSC.
- Strong fault-finding and client-facing communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activity to meet quality and timeline standards.
- Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and install crews to resolve issues.
- Lead a team on large projects and delegate tasks effectively.
- Maintain safety, quality control, and documentation on site.
- Read design drawings and cable riser diagrams for installations.
- Provide daily feedback to the Project Manager and track progress.
