Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Installation Superintendent for Project Services to lead on-site AV installation activities on client projects. You will coordinate with project management, contractors and on-site teams to ensure timely, high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in installation leadership, strong AV skills across Cisco, Ross Tricaster, QSC and related equipment, and deep knowledge of low-voltage concepts. OT may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an installation technician in a leadership capacity.
• Familiarity with broadcast installations, audio, video and networking gear including Cisco, Ross Tricaster, QSC, Seervision, LG, Megapixel and Cyviz.
• Possess advanced AV installation skills.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts and cable management.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activity on the active project site and address issues to achieve quality and timelines.
• Lead and delegate tasks to install crews, subcontractors and union trades.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control on field work and ensure proper documentation.
• Read and interpret functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams.
• Provide training and guidance to on-site install techs.
