Job summary

Diversified, based in Kenilworth, NJ, seeks an Installation Superintendent to lead on-site installation activities for technology projects. You will coordinate with project management, contractors, and crews to ensure timely, high-quality delivery on client sites.

The role requires five+ years in installation roles, strong AV and networking knowledge, and AVIXA CTS certification. Expect field leadership, frequent travel, and collaboration with PMs to resolve roadblocks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as an installation technician or related industry experience
• Familiarity with audio, video and networking equipment
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts
• Possess advanced AV installation skills
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activity on the active project site
• Lead and delegate tasks to install crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project management, contractors and stakeholders
• Ensure quality control and project timelines
• Read and understand design drawings and diagrams
• Provide training to on-site techs
• Maintain toolkits, materials, and licenses
