Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Installation Superintendent to lead on-site installation activities for technology projects across various client sites. This role combines senior installation expertise with on-site project management to ensure installations occur on time and to Diversified quality standards.

The position requires coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors, while supervising installation crews and maintaining safety and documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as an installation technician or related industry experience.
• Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts.
• Possess advanced AV installation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activity on the active project job site and address issues to meet quality and timeline standards.
• Lead and delegate tasks to install crews, subcontractors, and union trades on large projects.
• Coordinate with project management, building contractors, and others to manage on-site installation work.
• Provide training and assistance to on-site install techs.
• Maintain quality control and ensure installations meet Diversified standards.
