Job summary

Accenture in New York is seeking an in-office Audio Visual and collaboration technologist to support high-profile meetings and client events in our Connected Innovation Center.

You will manage AV tech, video conferencing devices, and XR gear like Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest, collaborating with global teams and creating documentation. 1+ year in IT or AV is required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or AV roles.
• Experience with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiar with enterprise collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex).
• Hands-on Windows 10/11 and macOS support.
• Experience with Android and iOS devices.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Providing white glove service and support to Accenture employees and client guests in meetings or events in the office.
• Managing and maintaining Audio Visual technologies (sound mixer, wireless mic).
• Testing operation and troubleshooting video conferencing devices and display walls.
• Devices may include Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cyviz Display Walls, Cisco VC rooms.
• Managing extended reality devices such as Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest.
• Acting as technical lead during high-profile client meetings and leadership events.
• Collaborating with global teams to pilot and support emerging technologies for immersive experiences.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
