Job summary

MMD Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior AV & End User Support Engineer for onsite work in downtown Miami.

You will own conference room AV setups, ensure daily readiness, and provide white-glove end-user support for traders and executives across global offices. Responsibilities include configuring Zoom Rooms and WebEx Room devices, leading room builds and upgrades, coordinating with global IT and facilities, and maintaining top-level uptime in a fast-paced hedge fund environment with proactive

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with conference room AV hardware and Logitech systems.
• Experience configuring Zoom Rooms and WebEx Room devices, including firmware updates.
• Experience leading AV installs, room builds, and AV projects end to end.
• Experience supporting live, high-visibility global meetings with zero downtime mindset.
• Experience with Sedna or similar meeting room scheduling platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own conference room AV setup, daily readiness, and break/fix support across all meeting spaces.
• Support and troubleshoot Zoom, WebEx, and Logitech conferencing hardware.
• Lead AV installs and special projects across offices, including new room builds and upgrades.
• Provide live, white glove AV support for important global meetings, ensuring zero disruption for senior leadership.
• Manage and troubleshoot Sedna for meeting room scheduling and AV coordination.
• Partner with global IT and facilities teams to keep AV standards consistent across locations.
• Identify, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex time-sensitive technical issues.
• Provide high-touch support to end users including traders and executives.
• Deliver high availability technical support in fast-paced hedge fund trading environment.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with internal IT teams & third-party vendors.
• Lead incident response and maintain documentation for proactive problem management.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, and mobile devices.
