Job summary

MMD Services is seeking a Senior AV & End User Support Engineer to join a small, high-visibility technology team in Midtown Manhattan. You’ll work directly with senior executives and stakeholders, owning AV standards across offices and providing top-level support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level enterprise AV support with Tier 3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support and escalation coverage for AV, conferencing, collaboration, and end-user technology issues.
• Support broader end-user and operations functions including imaging, workstation deployments, monitor setup, peripherals, hardware swaps, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Support special projects and broader end-user technology initiatives, ~20% of the role.
• Partner with AV, end-user support, infrastructure, engineering teams, vendors, integrators, and MSP resources.
• Support and troubleshoot UC endpoints including Zoom Rooms and Logitech endpoints, with working knowledge of Q-SYS.
• Troubleshoot AV signal flow, cameras, displays, control systems, and AV-over-IP environments; escalate complex issues.
• Support audio mixers, DSPs, mics, PTZ cameras, video switchers, LED walls, and executive meeting spaces.
• Diagnose network-related AV issues (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, QoS) and connectivity.
• Provide hands-on technical support for executive meetings, events, and other high-visibility functions.
