Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions for EY office projects. The role coordinates with Real Estate, IT PMs, Facilities, and architects to deliver end-to-end room experiences.

The incumbent will lead design specifications, vendor reviews and RFP processes, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, budget targets, and global design standards.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or comparable experience.
• Approximately 8–10 years in a consulting or project management role.
• Knowledge of Conference Room AV technologies and industry standards.
• CTS-I/CTS-D certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM and stakeholders on key initiatives and engagements.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision-makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status and ensure correct application of technologies.
• Drive AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFP processes and align with budgets and project plans.
