Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV design lead to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of audio/visual solutions for EY office projects in the US. You will coordinate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, and architects to ensure rooms meet functional and cost targets.

Leverage industry standards, CAD tools, and expert AV knowledge to deliver end-to-end conference room experiences while aligning with EY’s global design philosophy.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Consulting or Product/Project Management roles.
• Excellent English communication (oral & written).
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV design, installation, and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFP processes and vendor reviews.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, and architecture teams.
